Rules of Conduct for Effecting Transactions with Related Parties

Transactions with related parties, whether carried out directly by Pirelli or through its subsidiaries, are subject to principles of correct corporate and business management. To make sure the principles are applied properly to internal operations, a procedure has been adopted since 2002 that permits the operating processes in question to be traced and the related decision-making responsibilities to be identified.
